So I’m taking this opportunity to give myself a holiday gift. A week off. Well, almost…
I started feeling bad on Sunday but I tried to swim on Monday anyway, which was a mistake. Then it rained/snowed/iced Tuesday morning and I didn’t feel the running love so I skipped that run, and I haven’t felt like it since. So instead of pounding myself, I’m just going to take it easy. I might run tomorrow or swim if I feel like it. But probably not. I have to travel and work on Saturday so that day is pretty much shot. So I will just take it easy for the rest of the week, get over the sniffles and start up again on Sunday.
No big deal… It’s the off season… right?
