River Walk

This was originally written on July 3 while sitting on the floor in the Henry Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio (hey… it was the only place I could find a plug for my sucky laptop AND get a good wireless signal) but in my haste to get to my next session I hit “Save” instead of “Publish”…

Distance: 5.5 (over the last two runs) Miles to go: 1679 This is my last day in San Antonio and now that I have finally figured out how to get around on the river walk I was able to extend my run out to just over 3 miles this morning. It’s not as long as I’m used to but it was fun and took me all the way down the river walk to the convention center I am visiting and then into the park on the other side of it and around the Tower of the Americas… Kinda cool! But, alas, the rest of the day will pretty much be spent sitting… Either in sessions or on a plane. Can’t wait to get home and get back to a more “normal” routine…
